the grounds were lovely. the bed in the superior twin room was very comfortable and i slept well. usb ports were plentiful and easily accessible.
the parking required payment. i was not told this beforehand.

I appreciated the friendly receptionist. She helped get a quieter room since i arrived early. the tea tray in the room was a welcome touch. the bathroom had a good shower. It was a nice way to unwind after a long day. the room was clean, but it became a little hot during the day.

The room wasn't exactly super clean when i got there, a bit of a letdown. i mean, it wasn't a total disaster zone, but the toilet didn't seem properly cleaned. also, i thought the lighting was just terrible. It was so dim it seemed like i was trying to get ready in a cave. seriously, brighter bulbs would make a HUGE difference.

i discovered limited choices on the dinner menu , made dining at the hotel less appealing i found only three items available

The housekeeping was excellent. My room was very clean. Public areas were also nicely cleaned. I found the bar and restaurant service very attentive. The staff seemed enthusiastic and ready to help with anything I needed.
The road had ongoing local roadworks at a nearby roundabout.

the room was spacious. it had a nice powerful shower. the pool was warm and also included a steam room and sauna.
the room and bathroom needed a bit of tlc. it could have been cleaner. the bedroom needed a main light , as there were only small lights beside the bed and outside the bathroom.
